Add a system where players on the same team grouped together within a small area get a buff in the form of a potion effect.
Don't add back kill points but implement a timeout of like 10 minutes for players that die during a battle.
Disable ./home and ./la spawn during battles to encourage logistics more and so a resuply claim actually has to be closeby to be usefull.
How should this feature interact with players?
If all these ideas would be implemented together it would cause battles to rely on more on manpower and logistics instead of the current meta which mainly focuses on getting the most mercs and skilled pvpers, It might also help encourage players more to stick together during battles instead of going off on their own and make battles more accessibele to new players.
Further details
Potion effects could for example be things like strength, resistance, etc.
Mainly defensive buffs encouraging players to stick together in a fight. (Off course all of these would need some testing to be balanced.)
The area for the effects could be like 10x10 and you'd need 5 people at least to get the effect. (As an example)
