Item Limitations During Wars #5

Since mechanics generally work better than rules, it might be useful if the ability to limit item usage during wars could be integrated into the plugin. However since this can also be mitigated with server rules, it should most likely be low priority. Currently this is just a suggestion for this functionality to be present, not in disabling anything specific.

The way of "disabling" the item could depend on the item; i.e interact events for pearls, equipping for elytras, and so on. Controversial items in war currently like elytras or perhaps tridents along with simple items to regulate could be included in the plugin options. As an alternative I suppose illegal war items could be transferred out of a player inventory to a temporary vault to be reclaimed later on; whichever option that has the least exploit potential is probably preferred.

If you feel the need, please explain this suggestion in further detail here. If you feel that is not needed, leave this blank.

Feel free to ignore this suggestion if it seems difficult to do or has potential to create some sort of exploit like duping, but it might be useful to hard-limit banned items (like elytras in the past, invis potions or the invis effect currently) instead of disallowing them via rules.

This could be more useful if it detected specific enchantments (like artifact knockback levels) or perhaps other NBT data.

Hey can you change this to use the suggestion format please :)

Here you go, maybe that's better?

Some items we plan to nerf/limit usage during wars, such as elytras and tridents.

For example we might disable or limit elytra usage near/inside war zones for both attacking and defending sides so they can't exploit annoying tactics like flying over and bowing or just flying away.
