Nonlinear Capture Progresss #6

Small suggestion this time, capture point progress could possibly benefit from being nonlinear (or at least configurable to be nonlinear) instead of static. I.e, when defenders outnumber attackers or when a capture point is first placed, capture progress slowly rises to begin with but rises faster as time goes on, rewarding sustained control. This also allows proper response times to capture points placed in unorthodox areas by attackers.

Specific numbers would have to be tested later on, but maybe some slight curving or a stepped system could work?

This is of course if capture points are used, but the same applies to zone control or perhaps even the armor value of an objective mob.

Capture progress will be non-linear, it will depend on more factors but I think increasing the rate of cap progress could make it harder to tell when a capture will be complete since it's not as easy to predict.
