Test the discovery of via DNS-SD and posting resources to the Registration API from the Node API.

Completed integration tests and checked in. Other improvements:

Added code that should reset the MDNS on the node API when a failure is detected.
Selects the MDNS with the lowest priority number.
Registration API changes are now serialized via promises, similar to the node API.
