1. 7-repurchased compounds were tested at TAMU and Duke University. Their results are in alignment. The raw data from TAMU can be found here. The raw data from Duke can be found here.
2. Their experimental solubility data was updated and was added to the data sheet. The low solubility of the two top compounds brought attention.
3. The 7 selected compounds will be sent for antiviral testing at Sara Cherry lab.
4. Will investigate without probe, control experiments will be conducted at TAMU and Duke respectively.
5. A few new hits were tested at TAMU, their raw data can be found here.
6. These compounds will be tested again, against fresh protein (Inna will purchase) at TAMU.
7. They may be tested against Nsp10 and 14.
8. Jelena at UCL can screen compounds.
9. UCL will look at top compounds and similar compounds.
