RA-00011688 ~1.2 uM in Da's test, wasn't shared before. Much higher than Inna's re-testing which is 32 uM, solved issue that solubility 1.8 uM is lower than IC50

Taxas will improving way of sharing data.

NMR test of binding at UCL.

Da's screening: low hits rate, screen is still on going, up to ~2,000 per weak. Whole library is about 120,000 molecules. And about15 to 20,000 have been tested.

Conclusion: focusing on the hits we have and Taxas screening more at the same time.

7 inital repurchased hits not active against SARS-COV2 in 549? cell at 20 uM but good news is they are not toxic at 20 uM.

Debet about the concentration of Nsp15 and the probe used in the screening in Heaton's lab.

There was also a strategic discussion towards the end about taking the hits forward or continuing the screening. The conclusion seems that due to low hit rate, it may be a good idea to continue screen for 2,3 more months mainly because many hits die during optimizations so having more hits at the start would be better. some where of the opinion to also take current hits into chemistry/optimization, but that idea seems to not get reasonable traction

The biology data is being transferred to CTD? software and will be shared with us at UCL as well.
