Remove Middle Dutch language #153

I have added the correct one afterwards but does it matter that this unnecessary and wrong language is in there too?

@Stypox I would very much like to give this one a try, I have been waiting for something like this for a long time. I can't find your Dutch translation in the app though. Any hints on how to use this in Dutch?
