Publish on F-Droid #5

Publishing on F-Droid requires alphacep/vosk-api#558 to be solved, since the repository maven { url 'https://alphacephei.com/maven/' } is not allowed in F-Droid. alphacep/vosk-api#558 was solved, waiting for approval by F-Droid: https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/merge_requests/9657

I am still waiting for it to be published on the official F-Droid repo, but apparently IzzyOnDroid already published it without me even knowing ;-)

An app like this is sorely needed in the FOSS scene. It's really annoying to watch people choose to use the current proprietary voice assistants because they value convenience over privacy.

That merge request was merged, Dicio should be on F-Droid next time they update :-D
