The licensing around NCI Thesaurus is a bit unclear. It was recently changed to CC-BY, but since it is (mostly?) the product of federal government employees, perhaps it is public domain. (NCI is currently having discussions on whether to make this explicit.) Regardless, we should do something similar to #47 -- spend some time on data modeling and then load a few records. NCIt would be a fantastic resource across many biological domains, but particularly around drugs (and drug combinations).
