Clean up symptoms #26

There are 861 items currently being used as an object with the property "symptoms" (query)

A lot have DOID, mesh, or umls ids (query)

But 486 of them have none of those (http://tinyurl.com/ycg3wdc7)

Some are misused: example Dysrhythmia, which is both a progressive metal band, and symptom of phosphine exposure

A lot have no identifiers whatsoever cutaneous hypersensitivity

Many symptoms exist in wikidata and in Mammalian Phenotype. Some examples:
