CIViC bot should only consider records that have been accepted #60

Currently the CIViC bot being developed considers all records from CIViC. Only those that have been accepted and reviewed should be considered. Two things need to be done:

  1. Adapt the bot to process only records with the accepted field
  2. Earlier CIViC records already in Wikidata should be deleted

The bot has been adapted to only work with CIViC records that are have been reviewed and accepted by CIViC. The deletion of existing CIViC sourced items that don't have the accepted flag, will be deleted in the next update round, which will happen soon. Some adaptations have been made to the data model and are still being implemented. Once this finalized the next bot run will happen
