disease_shex_report.txt Running the DO shape (https://github.com/SuLab/Genewiki-ShEx/blob/master/diseases/wikidata-disease-ontology.shex) results in 1327 issues.

How should they be dealt with? Proposal:

Report to curators (in what form?)
Fix in Wikidata
Adapt ShEx to accept this issue
