Create new volume on server computer #76

memory is very full (95%). Need to create a new volume and copy mongodb to that new volume. Use cp -rp to preserve permissions. Make sure to update dbpath in config file.

Now that the new instance has twice the memory and the chlambase production server is running, memory and disk space is no longer an issue
