Weblate translation site is down again #164

Hi,

The translation website is down again like in the past.

It takes a long time to connect even to the main page, which was not uncommon (thing happening in the past with each translation, that takes too much time)

It's fixed now, thanks. Hopefully one of the future updates of Weblate will make things more stable...
