This is a placeholder issue for @andrewspittle to commit against when he's working on the SupportPress User Widget UI

Oops, git noob that I am, I forgot to add see #38 my commits. :)

For posterity the relevant commits so far are:

That wraps up a passable first take on the styles. I'm creating issues for some specific improvements that need to be made.

From Alex's Skype chat: "it'd be cool if the support tab just stuck to the top of the widget and clicking it would toggle the widget (i.e. the tab slid upwards with the widget)"
