App Specification

Gatsbi is the perfect app to discover and attend events. It was designed to offer comfort and tranquillity to its users when they attend conventions or festivals. The motivation for this project comes from the complexity of organizing events as well as centralizing every information about them. To help attendees, the app centralizes schedules, locations, description, contact mean, feedback and news feed. In the meantime, authenticated organizers can manage everything visible to the attendees, as well as ticket scanning, global communication and event creation. The objective is to enable managing the whole event through this app while centralizing everything there is to know about it.

You may not know it already, but Gatsbi is your best friend because it assists you in all your events. To do so, Gatsbi has a fully interactive map, with all the important locations, including you ! Moreover, the map is linked to a customizable schedule, where you can save every activity you want to attend and export it to your own private calendar ! Gatsbi also allows you to keep in touch with the event through a news feed, and you can always contact event organizers or leave feedback. Gatsbi was also designed for managing the event, and event organizers can login to manage their convention through a special feature that permits the editing of every info ! During the event, organizers and staff can also access ticket scanning to easily control the come-and-gos. And don't forget it: everyone can discover events and share on Gatsbi!
