与XTuner框架集成

直接使用mmengine的集成方式，运行xtuner train时，会报错：

KeyError: 'SwanlabVisBackend is not in the mmengine::vis_backend registry. 
Please check whether the value of `SwanlabVisBackend` is correct or it was registered as expected.
