Support for MT29F2G08 #2

Hello,

could you add support for this chip? I tried modify the conf file from it's brother MT29F4G08, but it's not working. From googling result, the SpareAreaSize should be 128. But it shows error that ECC len should be 13. But i can not make it work changing them.
