Simflex input bugs #1

  1. minheight=nhgt_ in the simflexinp file should be more or equal to 1 by default
  2. simflex should have an input and output folder with appropriate files
  3. table_srs_paths.txt second parameter does not need a complete file path, only /input/filename
  4. table_srs_paths.txt should not have spaces between the parameters
