Change simflex output and input file path

• Changed simflex input to simflex_input and output to simflex_input.
• Generate measurem.csv from *.txt file
• updated output messages
• execute simflex after flexpart calculation
• add test for simflex and flexpart binary to Dockerfile(build stage)
