Tuya Scaling Remove V2

Just a simple modification for the tuya integration with removed scaling on the output.\ This fixes the 10x value on the voltage and power readings.\ If you have used the previous version of this fix you may need to relink your account.

Setup

You need to have HACS installed.\ Open your Home Assistant instance and open a repository inside the Home Assistant Community Store.\ To install, add this Github Repo to the HACS Custom Repositories, or click the badge above.
