Add Readme file in extension to suggest how to setup the extension #225

Suggestion

Have a readme file in extension.

Introduce function, category, protocol and the meaning for each property.

Introduce the best practice of properties setting for different scenarios, e.g. for Azure ASR enabled, set "enable_agora_asr" to true.
