Idea: base builder NPC for the island, construction gated behind warp crystals? #45

I don't like building in CDDA. Really can't stand it. It's so tedious. I'd really love it if there was a way to turn extra warp crystals and resources into structures for the island, much like building a base camp with NPCs works in normal CDDA.
