I died and was not resurrected #46

I'm sorry I can't add more details, i hadnt died in the mod yet, but when i was killed by zombie cows, I lost everything. my character didnt respawn on the island, it went straight to permadeath. I cant recover my save because the game deleted it. I'm using experimental build 12-06-1516.

Having the same issue, throws the "death's icy grip" popup as usual but then permadeath immediately after. I have a save where this happens every death, I can share if it would help figure out the cause.

Anyone not having this issue and can tell me which build you are on?
