#136 - fix block.hash and transaction.hash in Hyperledger extraction are not correct #137

Fixes #136.

I found this issue when implementing the e2e tests for Hyperledger. I noticed that the block.hash and transaction.hash were different for every extraction.

This is a blocker for the e2e tests #128!
