Start creating example IaaS descriptions #24

You should start collecting information about IaaS providers which can be modeled using the existing properties, e.g., service name, payment options, status page, billing, etc.

Have a look at the storage services in https://github.com/TU-Berlin-SNET/sdl-ng/tree/open_service_compendium/examples/services/saas/storage

IaaS providers include, but are not limited to:

Please put the resulting service descriptions in a new folder "examples/services/iaas/vm" in the "open_service_compendium" - branch in the sdl-ng repo: https://github.com/TU-Berlin-SNET/sdl-ng/tree/open_service_compendium/examples/services
