Motivation and Context

Implements user and course endpoints for gRPC API (./api_v2) Solves https://github.com/TUM-Dev/gocast_mobile/issues/36

Description

Helpers & Services:

JWT validation
Services to fetch data from db
Parser to parse from "gorm model" to "proto model"
