cleansnow #170

opening new issue, last one was closed while left unresolved (#169)

VS 5.168.6 snapshot + bukkit 1.5.2 r1.0 - cleansnow does nothing. wiki has very little documentation on this brush, so its safe to assume it works similar to the drain tool?

/b cleansnow /b 10 /vh 1

gunpowder or arrow on/around snow - does nothing

if there is something else that needs to be done, its not in the wiki/documentation.
