Deprecation of Magic Values #185

We should slowly downstream deprecate the use of Magic Values from Bukkit. Maybe also start deprecating uses of direct ID's by the user directly and notifying them that this shouldn't be used anymore and will be eventually removed.

Perhaps it would be better to try to convert numerical inputs to their old names for legacy support.

We could use a modified version of the current Material enum for said support.
