Fill-Down tool. #197

I'm unable to get the fill-down tool to produce a column of 1 blocks. With a size of 0 nothing is placed, if I used a size of 1 it creates a cross of 5 blocks.

In previous versions I have used this tool to build walls by clicking on the side of a block and it would add another 1 column of blocks.

It should make an one block column when doing "/b fd -e" and "/b 0"

Using "/b fd -e" gives an error message.

"Invalid brush parameters!"
