Tested on the Sponge Community Server, I'm guessing it's probably unimplemented on Sponge?

Not sure if a log is produced, as I wasn't able to jump on the console at the time.

I poked gabi with this ages ago, its definitely a sponge issue.

I can confirm that it doesn't work for sponge forge, either. I've tried it on both 8.5.0 and 8.4.0.
