Updating gradle version and removing some unneeded dependencies #343

This pull request updates Gradle to a newer version as the original version does not support the newer versions of Java. Additionally, some dependencies were removed that are not used in the project.

I update the javadoc links and also added the gradle sponge plugin which auto generates mcmod.info files for the plugin and some other nice things. https://github.com/SpongePowered/SpongeGradle
