Contact Form #60

I added the simple_form and contact_us gem, which added views for the contact form. In order to add additional pages to the site, I moved the filterrific code from the application.html to the lessons/index.html file. If you navigate to /contact, we have a contact form, but I'm still working to make it functional. I'm pushing the changes now, though, in case someone else wants to have a look too.

Actually, don't merge this yet. I just realized that some of the changes I made are causing problems with the pagination and sorting. I'll see if I can work it out first.

I removed all the contact form logic, and now this can be merged.
