Reset back to an earlier version of Pure Pursuit in order to get autonomous to work.

  1. We should get develop in its current state to work. The changes made to PP are supposed to make running 2 consecutive PP commands work

  2. Lots of merge conflicts

I agree with @ritikmishra. We should just copy over any pertinent changes. There are far too many merge conflicts.
