Non-PP sensor-based commands seem to pause between each other #71

We've had this issue in 2017 as well. Watch any match from World's. You'll notice our robot go forward, pause, turn, pause a lot longer, then execute the vision command.

This is possibly due to a wrong isFinished condition

are you referencing navX rotating or everything? I haven't noticed this.

Stuff like encoder drive and NavXRotate seem either inefficient or delayed.
