PP went further than usual on the first straight motion using worlds-based code

At worlds, cross-country PP failed because of different reasons (specifically active falling over)

Did it do this every single time? I think there are quite a few consistencies that could have caused this... just look how different Pure Pursuit looked between the two videos.

We were only able to run cross country once at EMCC.
