Dark theme toggle added

Fixes

If PR only partly solves the issue of dark theme. Initially, there were a lot of issues due to the api call made so I had to comment that out. Other than that, I have created a toggle button to switch between dark and light modes and display the theme options accordingly. Fixes #1 by @siddharthsinghvats
