Explain the proposed feature

Customising the Scroll Bar.

The Scroll bar is the same color no matter what theme we use.For example, in the matrix theme, all the background is dark but the scroll bar is white which creates a bit of contrast. So, i want to add some customisation to the scroll bars so that the would get synced with the available theme.

Secondly,the scroll bar width is a little bit wide when using it on a mobile device. It looks a bit wierd on a small device. i would also like to add some responsiveness to it.

Explain the possible use cases for the feature

This will help in developing a better user interface. This will enhance the typography. Less distraction in dark mode.

Yes sir . Sir kal minor exam khatam ho jayange and few days after endsem start ho jayange so beech me jo gap milega usme i will do this for sure.
