Prevent people from entering spawn while in combat

Features

• Teleport people to their last known location once they leave spawn
• (Experimental) Bounce people back when they try to enter spawn
• (In-Development) Create a wall of stained red-glass to prevent combat loggers from entering spawn
  • Only be shown to the person in combat so other people can still pass through
  • Not done on the main thread to prevent lag
