Hi there!

This PR is about updating the bridge to support a few things regarding contacts:

Ask for the current status of contact permissions: both read and write.
Allow internal navigation to the contacts system settings.
Fetch all the phone numbers in the phonebook.
Update a given set of phone numbers in the phonebook.
