[BE] create basic model and create\read services for calendar #17

1) Investigate how React component works 2) Define what the data model is required for integraion with BE 3) Create the Data Model on the DB and BE sides 4) Create CRUD service for the created Data Model

it make sense to split this ticket onto two - one for appointments and another for availability slots
