How easy or difficult would it be to implement the old grappling hook? #12

We've joked about it before, but let's speak seriously for a moment. Strictly speaking, there's already very few areas that cannot be reached with the runner, but maybe it could provide an interesting additional form of movement. Or maybe latch on to enemies or moving platforms. Or maybe a babby mode for supernewbies. Or maybe it's a pointless endeavor.

Thoughts?

It would remove all challenge in the normal maps. If it were to be added, it'd need to have segments or maps dedicated specifically to it.

Also, since its movement tends to lag online...

The movement lagging online is the big killer. I checked it out last night and eerggghhh.
