Instagib mode? #6

One question /vr/ folks were asking about was how the natural mobility and speed of the characters may lend itself well to an instagib mode. I'm assuming this wouldn't take much more than a check for the instagib cvar and then giving a modified Carbine based off that.

Well, code-wise, at least. Resource-wise you can bet your ass I'd want to make a full-fledged instagib rifle weapon.

Weapon is implemented code-wise. Now to have it look and sound different from the Cyber Carbine.

I think rainbow lasers would be wonderful.
