Cyberrunner still bleeds when shot. #8

It should be possible to use the BloodType "whatever" in playerpawn to spawn some fancy sparks instead, but the question would be what sort of sparks to use.

(These sparks will also need to be spammed during the death sequence)

Just so you know, you can close from a commit by putting something akin to "fixes #8" in the commit message that fixes the issue.
