VSG command output to vscode- output #591

Hello Team,

I am using the VSG-Formatter while writting in VHDL.

Please, can you make it optional to make the output of a vsg-command visible inside the VSCode-Output-View ? Sometimes, I have to open windows-cmd, executing vsg-command to figure out, why it is not working - As there appear errors.
