Added German locale #25

I plan to also add a locale key to the config (and change the code as needed) so PlugmanX loads the appropriate localization - because as yet, you need to rename/remove messages.yml and rename the other language file to that. Thoughts?

The translations look good to me.

Probably going to have another look after sleeping though.

The locale key sounds like a good idea.

Not sure why I didn't do that in the first place
