Allow Fatigue Die to trigger combat phase #9

Perhaps, tipping on end will denote normal play and laying down is combat. Can be used to trigger music change, or dice tray color change. Even flaming damage dice if I were to 'git good.

I'm open to suggestions!

Fatigue Die now triggers 'Combat Mode', but nothing is triggered yet. Music may be the next step.
