Galaxy is one of the main tools currently used for visualizing bioinformatics algorithms and tasks. We shouldn't try to duplicate it or compare ourselves to it, but it's a useful place to gather ideas, and adapt them just to Mimosa pudica, and specifically our approach (suffix trees) for read alignment and de novo assembly.
