Remove wiggle output from star

Problem

Star is currently outputting .wig files that we do not use. We generate bigwigs from bam using bamCoverage

Solution

Remove outWigType here

Implementation

How will we implement the solution?

• [x] Test to make sure we still get all the outputs we need
