No paired-end CI test currently added in Github actions tests #260

Concern

We currently have only a single end test in the CI yet this is not a realistic use case for us, as most samples will be paired-end.

Solution

Add in the CI a paired end test.

Implementation

Use the paired-end relevant file from the examples folder.
